Over the last couple of weeks my neck had gradually seized right up, until I realised I had no lateral movement at all and constant headaches. Went and saw Nathan from My Masseur to see if he could sort it out. Fast forward an hour I never went back, he found spots I didn't even know were sore!! He advised me that it would probably be stiff and sore for a day or two, before feeling good after about 3 days. Got up this morning, and while there are a couple of sore spots still, I have almost full movement for the first time in ages!!! If you have any troublesome areas, go and check him out. You won't be sorry (ok, maybe a little bit when he's hurting you :)

Since the time we are in Townsville that is 2004 I am attending Nathan's clinic of remedial massage. I find it of great help in reducing my back pain. Nathan is a great example of excellent health. He himself practises the things he advocates.

I have been attending my masseur for over 12 months now seeing Elissa - Rae and the benefits for me have been wonderful. I have had continual back pain for over 10 years now and I find the massage is the best I have had and it has helped my symptoms immensely!
